Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: September 5, 2026
Our Position
Sandbar Cocina y Tequila does not sell your personal information to third parties.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA/CPRA”), “sharing” can also include disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. Sandbar does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and sandbar.net (the “Site”) does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. As a result, there is currently no sale or sharing of your personal information for you to opt out of.
Cookies and Tracking on Our Site
The Site uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: cookies set by our hosting, caching, and security providers to deliver pages correctly and protect the Site from abuse, and preference cookies that remember settings you have chosen. These cookies do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. Because we set no non-essential cookies, the Site does not display a cookie consent banner.
You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Instructions are available in the help section of your browser (for example, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device is configured to send a GPC signal when it visits our Site, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser or device. Because we do not sell or share personal information or set non-essential tracking cookies, there is nothing further for you to do. You do not need to verify your identity to use GPC.
To enable GPC, use a privacy-focused browser or install a GPC browser extension. Learn more at Global Privacy Control.
Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA regardless of whether we sell or share your personal information:
- Right to Know. Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete. Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. Opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information, should our practices change.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. To the extent we use sensitive personal information for purposes that are not strictly necessary to provide the services you request, you have the right to limit that use.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. Exercise any of your privacy rights without receiving discriminatory treatment from us.

Verification and Response
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any request. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity and, for sensitive requests, to confirm that you are the person making the request. We will respond within 45 days. This period may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary; if we need more time, we will tell you why.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you, and we may contact you directly to verify your own identity.
Third-Party Services
Our Site links to third-party websites, including OpenTable for reservations, our gift card provider (sandbar.cardfoundry.com), and our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you interact with those third parties, their own privacy practices apply. If you want to exercise privacy rights directly with OpenTable or our gift card provider, you must do so on their websites or apps.
If Our Practices Change
If we ever decide to sell or share personal information in ways beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy, we will update our Privacy Policy and this page, and we will provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism before doing so.
For full details on how we collect, use, and share your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
This page was last updated on the date listed above. We review and update our privacy practices periodically.
